# Kletso

> Kletso is an embeddable AI chatbot platform for Flutter and web apps. Developers install an SDK; product teams configure persona, knowledge base, tools, workflows, triggers and theming in one dashboard; the bot renders the host app's own UI components inside the chat. Customers bring their own LLM key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Groq, self-hosted) and pay a flat platform fee with no per-message or per-resolution markup.

Name origin: Dutch "kletsen", to chat. Pronounced KLET-so.

- SDKs: Flutter (pure Dart: iOS, Android, Flutter Web, desktop), JavaScript web widget; native iOS/Android on the roadmap.
- Generative UI: bot replies are typed JSON blocks; the host app registers renderers so replies appear as real app components (cards, forms, buttons, pickers). Default renderers included.
- Tools: the bot can call the customer's own APIs as the signed-in user via a scoped, short-lived token forwarded by the SDK.
- Triggers: manual (launcher), event-based, screen/route-based, time-based, configured in the dashboard.
- Knowledge base: URLs, documents, Q&A pairs, connected data sources.
- Human handoff: Slack, Microsoft Teams or the Kletso inbox.
- Deployment: cloud on a global edge network, or self-hosted (Docker/Kubernetes) on Enterprise.
- Pricing (USD/month): Starter $49 (2,000 conversations), Growth $149 (10,000 conversations, remove badge, custom components), Enterprise custom (white-label, SLA, SSO, data residency EU/US/IN). Unlimited seats on every plan. No AI usage fees.
