We never train models on your content.
Overview
Kletso is a conversational AI platform that helps you build, deploy and manage AI agents with real actions. This Privacy Policy applies to all Kletso products, websites, applications and related services (“Kletso”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and account details. We also collect usage data, logs, device information and information from third-party integrations you connect. Conversation content processed by your bots is stored on your behalf so you can review it in the dashboard.
How we use data
We use your data to provide and improve our services, process your requests, enable features such as connecting to third-party apps, ensure security, and communicate with you about your account. We do not use your content to train our own or third-party AI models.
Your AI keys
You can bring your own AI keys (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Google). Your keys are encrypted at rest and stored securely. We use them only to make requests on your behalf and never share them with third parties. You can rotate or delete a key at any time.
Sub-processors
We work with trusted service providers to operate Kletso. They only process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your information.

Data retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Conversation logs follow the retention period you set per workspace. You can delete your account and data at any time from your account settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We respond within 30 days.
