These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kletso and our websites, applications and related services. By using Kletso, you agree to these Terms.
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Kletso. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Kletso on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Plans and billing
Kletso offers different plans to fit your needs. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled in accordance with our billing policy.

Bring your own AI key
Kletso allows you to use your own API keys from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. You are solely responsible for your model provider account, its usage, costs and compliance with the provider’s terms. Kletso does not mark up provider usage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kletso for any illegal, harmful or abusive purpose, including generating illegal content, infringing third-party rights, sending unsolicited messages, or attempting to compromise the security or integrity of our services or any model provider.
Intellectual property
Kletso and its content, features and technology are owned by Kletso and its licensors. You retain ownership of your content, your knowledge base and the components you register. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
Availability and support
We strive to keep Kletso reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is provided according to your plan. Enterprise plans include a service level agreement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Kletso if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may delete your account at any time; on termination you can export your data for 30 days.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kletso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of Kletso after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
